At Vital Flow Health, our mission is a simple one: to help organisations offer convenient, preventative on-site health checks that empower employees to take ownership of their wellbeing. We believe a healthy team is the foundation of a thriving business, and that workplace health checks should be easy, accessible, and delivered with genuine care.
Vital Flow Health was founded by Sara ter Haar, a financial services professional who recognised how much time and money could be saved if businesses made preventative healthcare a real priority. After experiencing the benefits of annual health checks herself, Sara wanted to make it easier for others to take charge of their wellbeing, helping people catch potential health issues early, stay well for longer, and ease the growing pressure on the NHS.
